SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and will dispatch within 1-2 business days.

Please contact us if you need your order sooner and we may be able to organise earlier dispatch.

 

For orders over $150, postage within Australia is FREE using Express Post where available.

For orders below $150, postage within Australia is FREE for Standard Shipping or 12.00 for Express Post where available.

For locations outside of the Express Post network, regular parcel post with tracking will be used.

We will email you a tax invoice as soon as your order is received and a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your shipment. You can use this number on the Australia Post website to track your order.

All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, except for in the case of defective merchandise (please see our returns policy).

Please note we do not refund any original shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - REST OF WORLD:

To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.

Jaz & Alex is not liable for lost or stolen shipments so please nominate a secure delivery address. 

For any returns, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning to Jaz and Alex. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund, except in the case of defective merchandise (please refer to our returns policy).

 

RETURNS

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase we happily accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item, including sale items, for a refund. 

Please note we do not refund any original shipping costs.

You must notify Jaz & Alex within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing us at shop@jazandalex.com.au

All items must be in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with the tags attached). Items that don't meet these criteria are non-returnable.

All swimwear must have the hygiene slip attached

For footwear, the items must be returned in their original shoeboxes and with no sole markings or scratches. We recommend that you try on your footwear while on a soft surface.

We accept returns/exchanges on all jewellery except earrings.

Returned items that are not in their original condition may be sent back to you at your own expense.

For all return/exchange requests, contact us, via email: shop@jazandalex.com.au, within 7 days of receiving your order providing a brief explanation of your return/exchange including your order number.

You will then be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please make a note of the RAN  on a copy of the invoice you received and send back with your item. Once issued your (RAN) you have 7 days to return the item.

Post your item using the information included on the invoice. Once received the returned item will undergo a quality review and once approved you will receive a refund on the cost of the purchase directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. For exchanges you will need to pay any difference in cost and any return shipping, taxes and import duties, if applicable.

Please note we do not refund any original shipping costs. 

For international orders, shipping costs or any import taxes are payable by the customer.

In the unlikely case of a defective items we will cover the cost of shipping for returns.

We will notify you via email about the status of your return.
